奇蹟
這幾天還是在睇堂偷師，下星期才正式開始實習。早陣子為十一月七日是否能請假參加毅行者而煩惱，接過上課時間表，原來那天剛好不知為何Cycle中的A日和B日互調了，而要請假的那天剛好是沒有課的唯一一日，這樣請假也容易得多（實習教師要找人代課，不太好）。這樣的一個奇蹟，提醒我要多些練習了。
Good luck!! I went for the 70km Lantau Trail last Dec and could only complete 50km in 20hrs. I finally gave up because of my blisters (they'd killed me). Hope u could complete the whole 100km with your best record.
