    寇比克的早期黑白作品，講述幾個法國士兵因執行不到上頭的無理指令，而被軍事法庭不公平審判。

    整個故事主要在問：為什麼一些人要為另一些人的私慾而犧牲？而這些私慾卻總是以國家之名包裝？
