Run, Forrest Run
昨晚去了跑步，感覺良好。
很早便睡。
今天出奇地沒有出現酸痛癥狀。
加油啊........是否為了毅行而作的運動呢？我就懶都死，情願去行石澗玩水都吾去練習....哈哈。
我已退役了，今年做最強support team。跑步其實是為了keep住健康。
我仲未玩夠....但今年抽唔到. 嗚~
