Report of Hall Issue

Place:Car park in 6 Sasson Road, The University of Hong Kong, Pokfulam Road, HK
Group:A group of 30-40 students. All are male and are around 18-22. It is belived that they are come from 8/F of Wei Lun Hall.
Nationality:Most of them speak Cantonese so they are believed the local student with Chinese Nationality. 1-2 speak influence English with some Germany feel so they should be ex-changed student. Their mother language should not be English since its influence, so they should be come from country speaking Germany. Their nationality may be Germany, Swiss, and Luxemburg.
Background:These students were all come from the same organization, ‘floor association’. All of them were lived in the same floor and automatically became the members of that association. They forced the year 1 students to join the program. It was said that if the student was not attending the program and without ‘special reason’, they would be quit from the hall. That night, the program they run was named ‘water war’.
Description:‘Water war’. Before the program started, some of the members prepared water in container. Then they arranged themselves into a big circle. One member would stand in the center. When it got started, members in circle (A) would ask member in the center (B) some questions. B needed to answer that question. If A didn’t satisfactory the answer, A would ‘shoot’ the water to B until he was wet. Finally, the member had to shout out the conclusion to the target hall, RC Lee Hall. The process repeated until all members were being asked. Originally the program was good because it let members knew more about the others. However, B needed to shout out the answer and it disturbs the target hall mate. Here is the real record of their speech.

B:XXX (protect innocent)

B:She live in XXX hall, 6/F

B:I, XXX, study in Economics and Finance, love, XXX! (Shout out the word one by one)

This program started from 22:00. Although it was very disturb to other hall, students must wait until 00:00 and then complain.

Description:‘Push up’ the same group of member finished their ‘water war’ and then continue for their ‘Push up’. Again, the members arranged in a big circle and shout out 1, 2, 3….10. Each time they shout out, they would do one push up. This time they ‘push up’ for about 10 min and then disappear to their own base.
